We are looking for a skilled and experienced Investment Analyst who dares to exceed average. You will join a team of 2 game changers led by Yurii Sachenok. If you are passionate about tech as much as we are, then ready, steady, Roosh.

You will:

→ 1.5+ years of experience with investments (Big 4, IB, PE, VC),
→ strong understanding of finance, business, valuation and investment processes,
→ interest in technology and investments,
→ ability to adapt to the high level of uncertainty and moving targets, proactive mindset,
→ strong communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions,
→ ability to prepare well-structured and well-written materials,
→ great command of PowerPoint and Excel,
→ Advanced English.

about you:

→ analyze new opportunities, prepare investment reports for the committee with an investment decision based on a deep analysis of their market, product, financial performance, and team,
→ support senior team members in execution of investment transactions (due diligence, negotiations, transaction documents, closing),
→ conduct deep market and business analytics on potential targets and existing portfolio companies,
→ prepare summaries and presentations for the team and our partners,
→ play a significant role in team through the insights from your analysis,
→ conduct researches of new trends, implement new approaches and techniques,
→ consult for Roosh ecosystem projects.
