Product Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance)
We at Roosh are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance) to lead the launch of a new digital product in collaboration with one of the world’s largest media giants. This partner generates over 20 billion views across its platforms and engages millions of active users monthly. With access to this extensive ecosystem, we have a unique opportunity to build a scalable product at the intersection of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and technology.

At the initial stage, your primary responsibility will be testing hypotheses and running experiments to identify the most effective collaboration models between brands, influencers, and marketing campaigns. You will work with brands, helping them integrate influencer marketing into their strategies, launching the first performance campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of User-Generated Content (UGC) in digital advertising.

At this phase, all processes will be hands-on—we intentionally test workflows to understand what works best and what should be automated. Your goal is to evaluate results, filter out ineffective models, and create a foundation for scaling.

Next, you will develop a long-term strategy: transforming experiments into a sustainable business model, identifying which processes need automation, and determining the required team and budget for growth.

The final stage involves transitioning from hands-on testing to developing a scalable digital product that automates influencer marketing and campaign management. The ultimate goal is to create a technology-driven solution that will become a key tool for brands and agencies, ensuring efficient performance marketing.

If experiments confirm the viability of the model, you will lead its development and transition into the role of CEO of the new digital product.
Responsibilities:
Hypothesis Testing & Experimentation: Launch early-stage marketing experiments and analyze the effectiveness of influencer marketing and digital advertising models.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Define product positioning, create a communication strategy, and identify the most effective audience acquisition channels.
Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, manage budgets, track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI), and refine strategies based on performance data.
Marketing Process Automation: Identify which parts of the marketing workflow can be automated (e.g., influencer selection, creative asset management, performance analysis).
Business Case & Growth Strategy: Build a financial model, define key success metrics, and plan the next growth steps.
Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with brands, influencers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to align strategic direction.
Team Leadership: Gradually expand and lead a team responsible for marketing and product growth.
about you:
→ Experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing, particularly in digital products.
→ Hands-on experience in launching marketing campaigns, testing hypotheses, and working with performance analytics.
→ Strong understanding of influencer marketing and UGC content and experience integrating them into marketing strategies.
→ Experience in GTM strategy development, market research, and competitive analysis.
→ Analytical mindset and proficiency in working with performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, attribution models).
→ Ability to create business cases, build long-term marketing strategies, and optimize growth models.
→ Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, creative, and performance teams).
→ Ambition to grow into the CEO role of a digital product after successful validation of hypotheses.
